Dear Creator

Thank you for making something for me. I am always happy receive either gen or shippy fic for any exchange. I’m a fan of Halloween and spooky stuff in general so I’d be very happy to receive something in the spirit of the season. I’m asking for both Fic and Art and would be happy to receive other non-traditional media as well. I didn’t sign up with the battle of the band stuff (I wasn’t really paying attention to it at the time) but I’m opting in to any song being used for inspiration. In addition I’m including some ships I like in the fandom sections, they are just suggestions. I’m a multishipper and am pretty happy to read anything.

DNW and Likes
DNW*:
    - I would prefer no crossovers or non-canon or setting aus (including things like soulmates, omegaverse, or magical creatures). Canon aus such as House of M or canon divergence aus are both fine.
    - I'm not easily squicked so most any sexual kink is fine, however I'm not really into non-sexual kinks (so for example if someone is getting spanked I'd like it to be about sexual gratification foremost)

*any prompt that contradicts a DNW can be considered an exception you are free to disregard the DNW in that particular case

Likes:
    -close friendships
    -enemy mine tropes
    -friends to lovers
-found family (not necessarily happily found)
    -identity porn
    -the setting/genre/aesthetics of noir
    -case-fic and action/adventure stories
    -"I Will Find You" tropes
    -pining (requited not necessary)
    -superpowers during sex
    -first times
    -creepy horror (especially for art)

Marvel Comics

The New Warriors: Vance Astrovik, Robert Baldwin, Richard Rider
I love the path the New Warriors have taken (that path may have been largely forged by them being expendable and getting screwed over by events but somehow all those really bad and annoying shoehorned plots fit together to make this really interesting story about guilt and responsibility and redemption and growing up and discovering the people you thought had it all together are exactly as petty as everyone else and finding yourself and just like surviving and what it means to be the survivor and to keep surviving even when you shouldn't have or don't want to or don't know how to. I ship all three of these characters with each other in any combination. In addition I ship Vance/Kaine, Richard/Peter Quill, and Richard/Worldmind.

    - During the Shatterstar series there is brief mention of the Noir-verse's New Warriors and now I'm curious. What do you think that looks like? How does the change in setting change Vance, Robby, or Richard’s story? I’d love some noir concept art!

    - Rich has returned from the dead! Again! I'd love to see the reunion in more than just a single panel.

-Rich is dying, horribly, painfully, and Vance is helping it happen. He’s the one holding Rich down and letting the thing have him. It will save the universe sure, but at what cost and how does he live with that?

-So the end Annihilation: Scourge was a lot of Tentacle in Rich's mouth. You could maybe expand on that. Were there a lot of tentacles penetrating Rich well he was in the realm of evil tentacle monsters for years? What if the tentacle monster of Scourge utilized more holes to fill Rich? I just really want Rich menaced by all the tentacles, and I have some pictures for inspirations:

    - Road Trip Adventure time with Vance and Robbie, travelling the country, saving people, finding themselves, forgiving themselves, forgiving each other, grieving, moving on.

    - Robbie is apparently not as over the Penance stuff as he pretends to be, does Vance find out? And what does he do about it?

    - When Vance and Kaine were fighting the giant mutant teddy bear Vance mentioned killing someone before and now that they have some down time Kaine is going to figure out what exactly he meant.

The Young Avengers: Tommy Shepherd, Teddy Altman, Noh-Varr
I really loved the Young Avengers, especially the second run with David and Noh-Varr and I’d love to see more of them either all together or off doing their own things. I’m very into Cosmic Marvel so anything about Teddy’s new position and how it affects the others and the balance of power in space would be really cool. I ship Tommy/David Alleyne and Teddy/Tommy.

    - Young Avengers vol. 1 alludes to experiments being performed on Tommy and others in the mutant detention center, what happened? Is someone interested in getting Tommy back?

    - So apparently Tommy and David get exactly 1 and 1/2 drinks in them and start making out, is this just like a drunk thing? Is it a relationship? Do they know? Do they think they know but actually the other one has the opposite impression?

-Teddy is now King of the united Kree/Skrull empire how’s that going? How is he going to deal with Kree resistance factions, Skrulls who are still loyal to the Queen? Does Noh-Varr support Teddy or are their ideological differences in their vision of the Kree’s future? How does Richard feel about this new united power. He’s brokered peace and brought Kree and Skrull together before to face existential threats, does he think this peace will be as temporary as his? Does he support or oppose Teddy’s goals?

    -Noh-Varr’s favorite songs and why.

Bobby Drake
Bobby has always been my favorite X-man. I like his general upbeat attitude and good heart and struggles around potential and achievement. I like that he enjoys his life for the most part. I ship him with lots of people, just about any guy will do, in particular Simon Lasker, Jean-Paul, and Hank are my three big ones but really any guy at all.

    - Bobby's a bon-a-fide pirate now, he gets to do pirate things like get very drunk and marry his one night stand.

    - The Marauders help mutants who can't get to Krakoa, who’s their next mission.

    - all those trips to the coffee-a-go-go with Hank were totally dates, Bobby unfortunately didn't get the memo.

    - Jean and Scott are getting married again or maybe just renewing their vows, when they've both been dead the exact legal status gets a bit fuzzy, Bobby and Hank are both dateless, guess they'll have to go together.

    - Jean-Paul and Bobby have always had bad timing with each other, Jean-paul falls in love before Bobby is ready to face his sexuality. When Bobby is ready to admit he wanted Jean-Paul he’s already married someone else. Maybe someday, in some universe they might get it right.

    - Love is what always breaks the curse or mind control or brainwashing. At least it better because Love is all [man of your choice] has got at the moment and Bobby is about to start the next ice age.

Arkham Horror
I really love this game, it’s so much fun and I’m such a sucker for co-op games. I love the world it takes place in and would love to explore this alternate horror filled 1920s. I love most of the investigators and many of the allies are really interesting. So feel free to pepper the world with anyone.

Calvin Wright
Calvin is probably my favorite character to play as (which is partly because his spirit dagger is really useful for controlling the board) and I really like his story as someone already doomed. If you are familiar with the game or other games in the series but don’t have Calvin’s character yet here’s an image of his card from Arkham Horror Board Game 3rd Ed.:

And link to his bio on the fandom wiki which uses the Eldritch Horror Game card (which is slightly different): https://eldritchhorrorgame.fandom.com/wiki/Calvin_Wright

-What was Calvin mixed up in that left him bleeding by the side of the road where he made his devil’s bargain in the first place?

-What’s Jaoa's reaction to all this? Is he going to take Calvin’s disappearance lying down or is he going to come looking for him?

Super Powereds
I really like the characters from this series, particularly the early generation and their relationship with the main cast and each other. I really liked slowly learning more about them and the tragedy that echoes down to the year one class. We got most of the bones, but there's still a lot of meat to fill in. I ship Sean/Blaine and Shane/Chad.

Class of Legends: Sean Pendleton/Blaine Jefferies
I really like the old last of our crew marred by a great tragedy trope and they do it so well. I like the long largely unspoken history between them full of good and bad. I'm very fond of Blaine and Chad's relationship so if you wanted to include that I would be very happy.

    - What was the lead up to Sean's arrest? How did Blaine catch him?

    - Sharing a glass of Whiskey and reminiscing.

Shane DaSoto
I though Shane was a really interesting character. He’s got this legacy he can’t quite live up to and these powers that he never seems totally comfortable letting loose with. I really liked the juxtaposition between him and his sister.

    - Shane has always been second best, but coming in second to Angela never hurt as much as it did when it came to Chad. (I am okay with this prompt ending unrequited if you want. I am also okay with it being more focused on Shane's relationship with his sister than with Chad)

    - Training sessions with Chad and Roy. Training sessions with Graham. Training sessions with Angela. How are they different, how are they the same?

Adam Riley
Adam’s whole story was such a fun twist. His relationship with George was such a fascinating and heart-wrenching thing. The layers of honor and anger and revenge and care were so much. Part of me wants to believe Adam wouldn't be able to kill George and another part can't believe he didn't. I want to know more about them, about their life before the books begins is like.

    - What was Adam's childhood like with George?

    - All those years as a spy must have been difficult. How did he manage?

Rick Brant Science Adventure Novels
I used to read this series as a kid and I recently found them at my library and reread a bunch of them and they are still as fun as I remember. I love the characters and the banter between Scotty and Rick and the hopeful “we're going to solve this problem with SCIENCE!” approach to everything. I ship Rick/Scotty.

    - Scotty finally found a family and place to belong, but how long would that last if they knew how he felt about Rick?

    - According The Rocket’s Shadow Scotty lied about his age and went to war, what happened while he was there?

    - There’s nothing in world Rick loves quite like flying.

Arthurian Mythology
Arthurian Mythology is more or less what you want it to be, so here I am making it my favorite tropes. I am giving you permission to ignore my no setting AU DNW for this fandom because the setting is already vague enough and as long as the general canonish hierarchy/history of the relationships is maintained I will be happy with space or modern or transplanted to china or even probably coffee-shops. Still DNW crossovers though. My favorite English historical period is 500-900 AD if you were looking to write in a "canon" period. I ship Arthur/Kay, Percival/Galahad, and Galahad/Mordred.

Kay
I’ve always found Kay a really interesting character. He’s this sort of contradiction-both the oafish, jealous older brother to Arthur and also his loyal knight who’d been the first to bend his knee to the rightful king. His lifelong loyalty to Arthur hits my loyalty kink a bit harder than must of Arthur’s other ships. I also love my grew-up together ships

.

    - There have been many great loves over the course of Arthur's life, some very short some quite long, but through it all there has always been Kay.

    - The daily running of Camelot largely falls to Kay as seneschal. What is a day like?

Percival
I really like the Stranger in Strange Land trope that is attached to Percival. He’s someone who doesn’t quite belong and doesn’t quite understand the rules of the court and how that works both to his benefit and detriment. His upbringing has made him fairly unique among Arthur’s knights, not because he was chosen or destined, but just because of a difference in understanding the ways of the world. I like the fisher king story a lot.

    - setting aus of the Fisher King? how do you tell the story in space, with software engineers, in the 1920s, etc? (No crossovers or fusions please)

    - Questing! What's an Authurian story without dangerous forests and maidens in distress and always great peril to be overcome with kindness, honor, and friendship (or "friendship")

Galahad
Galahad is really interesting to me as a character and I'd like to know more about him. Legacy as a concept is something I'm really interested in and as the illegitmate son of the greatest knight in Arthur's court legacy is something very tied to his character. I know people shit him with Mordred and I would be also be interested in that too or anyone else you happen to ship him with.

    - Questing! What's an Authurian story without dangerous forests and maidens in distress and always great peril to be overcome with kindness, honor, and friendship (or "friendship")

    - Destiny and prophesy holds Galahad down and drags him to his end point, but what are some of the moments when destiny could have been averted, when the choices that could have set him free were made and did he ever really have those choices or were all roads eventually leading to his prophesied end?

The Green Men
I love the worldbuilding that went into it and I'd love to explore more of this underground occultist England. I really liked all the characters and this implication of a whole society with different levels and class structure that mirrors English class structure in many ways.

Hugh and/or Max
I'm really interested in these two. What's their relationship like and how has it changed. There's issues of class and rank that come through and affect how outsiders view them but how do they view themselves?

    - I'd love something set pre-spectered isle focusing on what was done to them, the body horror particularly would be very interesting to me for art.

    - something set in between the war beneath and the spectered isle as they explore their new life and get caught up in terrifying mysteries with ghosts and dark creatures and whatever is leaking out from beyond the veil.

Sam
I was really interested in Sam as this sort of force behind people. He's the one bringing everything together and holding it all in place and he's got this practical approach to ghosts and magic and it's sort of daily work that the other don't have either because they weren't part of that world until recently or because of class and expectations. I'd love to see more debate and conflict (or maybe conflict is too strong) between Sam's experiences growing up with the supernatural and Randolphs.

    - What was it like being raised by ghost hunters? What sort of things was he taught and how were they different from the sorts of things Randolph was being taught? What was Sam’s experience in the war?

    - What other of Jo’s mysterious prophecies has he had to untangle?

The Penumbra Podcast

I really love this series. I love the PI noir aesthetics. I love the characters. I love the way they do the world building. I would really love some in-universe documents for this. Juno’s HCPD files, maps of Hyperion City and the Outer Rim, maps showing the changes caused by the war, ship schematics of the Ruby7 and the Carte Blanche, interior designs and layouts of people’s houses or rooms or offices, Propaganda posters about Dark Matters, Solar Government’s rule, Pilot or Ransom’s campaign, costume designs, all of it. I want all of it.

Juno Steel
I’d love a one-shot case fic from before the series starts or to go into some of the referenced history we don’t have more information on. What happened with the HCPD? What was that first case with the cheating partner about? Or the mission to get the blade that we only saw the aftermath of.

Peter Nureyev
What are some of his greatest heists? What was his childhood like before Mags and after Mags? Has he ever crossed paths with Buddy, Vespa, or Jet?

Jet Sikuliaq
How did Jet get into the smuggling game? Where is he from originally? What is the Ruby 7 and why did it want Jet to steel it?

Mick Mercury
I'd love to see some more stories about the group as kids. How did Mick and Juno become friends? How did Ben fit into their group or was he not a part of it? What are some of the odd jobs and wild get rich schemes that checker Mick's past?
